What is an agent front door?
A way in for AI assistants. Today most small business sites only let assistants read them. With an agent front door, an assistant can check your free times and book for its user, inside rules you set.
Which assistants can use it?
Any assistant that supports MCP connections, such as Claude and ChatGPT, can use the agent connection. Assistants that browse the web can use your booking page, which works without JavaScript.
Do my customers need an account or an app?
No. They ask their assistant, or book on your page. They get a booking reference, which they use with their phone number to cancel.
Can an assistant book a time I am not free?
No. Bookings follow your opening hours, closed dates, notice and buffer times, and two bookings can never share a slot. Google Calendar sync, coming soon, will also block times you are busy.
What about my customers' data?
Their name, phone number and note go only to you. The confirmation page never shows them, and our logs mask phone numbers and store IP addresses only as hashes.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your booking page and agent connection work on their own. If you have a site, the free scan shows how to make it agent-ready too.
